Dale was born in Wenatchee, WA, and spent his early years in Entiat, WA. During his youth, he worked alongside his grandfather on a 50-acre apple farm, gaining a strong work ethic and an appreciation for hard work. After high school, Dale joined the Army, serving three years in Europe as part of the communications team, an experience that broadened his perspective and honed his skills.

Following his time in the Army, Dale transitioned into the communication industry. He moved to Seattle from Post Falls, Idaho, when he was hired as a contractor to help launch high-speed internet through TV cable. During this time, Dale fell in love with Seattle and the Ballard neighborhood. After his contract ended, a former customer approached him with the opportunity to manage a 6-story building in Ballard. This sparked Dale's passion for real estate, leading him to earn his real estate license in 2004 and begin his career as a property manager.

Over the years, Dale expanded his expertise to include property management, real estate, and home inspection. He is passionate about helping people find the right home or investment property and ensures his clients make well-informed decisions about one of the most important investments of their lives.

Eight years ago, Dale and his wife purchased a fixer-upper in Kent, WA, and transformed it into their dream home. They make a great team—his wife has a keen eye for design, while Dale focuses on the structural and functional aspects of a home. Outside of work, Dale enjoys woodworking, boating, cycling, and playing sports.
