Blake did a really great job helping us buy a house. We were originally connected with Blake over 2yrs. ago, however we decided to pump the brakes and wait to purchase for a while. During this waiting period, Blake softly stayed in touch with us but was never pushy. He provided us useful information, helping us understand varying prices and markets we were looking in. When we finally decided the time was right to start formally looking, Blake transitioned well from a knowledgeable friend to an earnest and hard-working partner. Matt was so reassuring, I had a house that I needed to sell fast. The house was cluttered and needed minor repairs. I didn't know how I was going to get it ready for sale and get it on the market as quickly as possible. Then I met Matt and the rest of the team at DesignWa Realty. What a Godsend they were. Matt only charged me 5% commission and included in that was deep cleaning and staging. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Matt is 11 out of 10. He is an exceptional agent who is very knowledgeable and responsive. As a first-time homebuyer my initial search process seemed very intimidating (while I was working with another agent for a very short period of time), until I found Matt. He made everything extremely easy & seamless for me. He even introduced me to a lender I had a great experience working with and explained the different possibilities of getting the best rates with the help of seller credits. Matt’s attention to detail is outstanding. By the end of our first meeting, he learned all about my preferences and started sharing customized recommendation of houses to me. The recommendations were very helpful and accurate. Most importantly, Matt was immensely patient with me in answering all of my endless series of questions, no matter how trivial. He explained the summary of the documents I was signing, in simplest terms for me to understand. It just made everything seem so smooth & easy. He even explained the structural details of the house including the kind of maintenance needed for the materials used e.g different kind of flooring or counter tops. He is an expert in inspecting even the little details (such as sewer outlets) about the property which I wouldn’t even notice.Matt used to share the pros & cons list for the house right after the tour if I expressed an interest in it. When my girlfriend and I were connected with Morgan via Zillow last summer, his friendliness and insightfulness immediately put us at ease. Soon after, we found out that he and his partner, Mike, work as a team! Mike and Morgan aren’t "salesmen" in the sense that makes many people wary of real estate agents. Their only interest is what’s best for the buyer, period. Together, we literally saw dozens and dozens of houses in South King County. On every tour, they thoroughly evaluated the property, fielding all of our questions (and there were a lot!), while giving us the space to evaluate the homes ourselves. With Morgan and Mike, there was never any pressure to make a decision. In fact, they would note when a home didn’t seem suitable for us. Their mission was to help us find a home that we truly loved.
